The world’s culinary legend, Chef Seiji Yamamoto has been leading his award-winning Nihnoryori RyuGin for over a decade. Recently the esteemed modern kaiseki haven has started a new page with its relocation to Hibiya in Tokyo. In the mean time, Tenku RyuGin is celebrating the 7th anniversary with the visit of Chef Yamamoto and his Tokyo’s team to co-host a three-night only gala with Chef de Cuisine, Chef Hidemichi Seki on November 16 – 18, 2018.
Well-known for selecting premium ingredients based on seasonality from all around the world, Chef Yamamoto applies creative technique to rejuvenate modern kaiseki experience. At the gala dinner, a luxurious 10-course degustation menu is set to amaze all the discerning food lovers.
