Tenku RyuGin - 2017: A Memory-filled Year

"We are grateful to enjoy a truly fruitful 2017 with all of you and as always, with our fantastic team. We have been pushing ourselves to new levels through defining a unique character for our cuisine, infusing more local delicacy and Chinese flavour into our contemporary kaiseki, exploring one-of-the-kind dining experience like the sensational Tea x Kaiseki experience and the recent Tottori Matsuba Crab Extravaganza, not to mention having the great honour to participate in the 10th anniversary gala of Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau.
