Ta Vie 旅 is absolutely thrilled to welcome the renowned Chef Tokuyoshi again for a 3-day only 4 hands degustation experience from Dec 7 – 9, 2017. The former sous chef of the legendary Osteria Francescana started his own restaurant, Ristorante Tokuyoshi, in Milan in 2015 and soon received his first Michelin star within a few months.
Chef Tokuyoshi called his cuisine as the “Contaminated Italian Cuisine”, which creatively “contaminates” Italian classic with his Japanese heritage and personal experiences; very much similar to Chef Sato’s interpretation of modern French cuisine with Japanese and Asian ingredients along his culinary journey.
While the two incredible chefs are featuring their signatures, they will also pay homage to hometown of Chef Tokuyoshi, Tottori Perfecture, that each of the chef will particularly create a dish with the local luxurious delicacy, Matsuba crab.
