Tenku RyuGin - Tottori Matsuba Crab Extravaganza

Every year from November to March, it is the only season to enjoy the best quality of live Matsuba Crabs caught from Tottori Prefecture. From December 15 - 17, we are partnering with the government of Tottori Prefecture to bring you the best quality of Matsuba crab at a 3-night only Matsuba crab extravaganza. Chef Seki is designing truly sumptuous 10-course degustation menu, featuring an array of winter delicacy and seasonal Matsuba crab cuisine prepared with different techniques like steamed, shabu shabu, tempura, charcoal grilled and more.
