A Jolly Wrap up of 2017 at La Bombance

Throughout 2017, there were quite a lot of new happenings to us. We celebrated our first anniversary, we welcomed our new chef de cuisine, Chef Ishiba bringing new energy and dynamics to our modern Japanese cuisine, we hosted our first sake pairing experience with Raifuku in partnership Jebsen Fine Wines (Hong Kong) while also pioneered a creative Champagne kaiseki experience with Veuve Clicquot. There was lots of fun to enjoy the special moments with all of you through our cuisine and hospitality while we shall continue to innovate and let's hope for more in 2018.
