The breezy blooming season has inspired our talented Chef Ishiba to create a lively kaiseki menu, featuring a lavish range of spring delicacy including Hotaru squid from Toyoma Bay, sakura trout from Hokkaido, ainame from the rocky shore of Ibaraki, sakura shrimp from Suruga Bay together with an array of spring vegetable picked from the mountain.
Matching with the delicate flavour across the nine exquisite courses, our signature sake pairing experience will be featuring a unique sake house, Kotuszumi from Hyogo Prefecture. Well-known for its freshness and floral character, the brand is also famous for its partnership with renowned Japanese artist Hirosuke Watanuki to design a series of floral themed sake bottles. 6 kinds of sake and shocho pairing is priced at HK$598 per person.
