The Tempura Uchitsu experience offers a strong sense of the seasons through a complete Japanese course focused on tempura. The restaurant was opened in 2008 in Japan. In 2010, it entered the Michelin guide with a star and was soon promoted to two stars in 2014. Tempura Uchitsu, the celebrated two-Michelin-starred restaurant from Tokyo opened its doors at the Four Seasons Hotel 45th floor at October 2020.
From Tokyo, Japan, and awarded with two Michelin stars, "Hiroo Naizu" landed on the 45th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel, offering a panoramic view of Hong Kong's most beautiful scenery.
The restaurant accepts reservations via +(852) 2307 6281 from Monday to Sunday, 12:00 noon to 8:30 pm (Hong Kong Time), except Sundays. All reservations are subject to availability. Tempura Uchitsu Hong Kong welcomes children aged 11 and above.
